                             RESOLUTION NO.   19874  
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CHANGE ORDER WITH 
                   PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY, RELATIVE TO THE 
                   UNDERGROUND STORAGE PROJECT ON AMNICOLA 
                   HIGHWAY, WHICH CHANGE ORDER INCREASES THE 
                   CONTRACT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TEN 
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized a  
       Change Order with Piedmont Olsen Hensley, relative to the 
       Underground Storage Project on Amnicola Highway, which change 
       order increases the contract in an amount not to exceed 
       $10,000.00.
